Vu Tran is the Head of FSI Vietnam at AWS, with 20 years of senior leadership experience in domains such as Cloud, Software, Hardware, Services, Manufacturing, and HR. He is a trusted partner to financial institutions, driving their cloud journey for business growth, improved customer experiences, and operational excellence.
Before joining AWS, Vu spent 12 years at IBM, where he held key roles, including Segment Leader of Digital Business Automation for IBM ASEAN and Country Manager of Software Group for IBM Vietnam. He spearheaded remarkable implementations, including Watson Health, Cloud, and Security.
Passionate about innovation, operational excellence, and people development, Vu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications from Ho Chi Minh University of Technology. Mr. Vu Giap Gianh is a technology expert with nearly 20 years of experience in information technology and software solutions for the financial services industry.
He currently serves as Deputy General Director of Financial Software Solutions JSC (FSS) and Director of the Securities Software Solutions Center, leading the development and implementation of core technology platforms for securities firms in Vietnam.
Throughout his career, Mr. Gianh has led numerous large-scale Core Securities implementation projects, helping securities companies modernize their technology infrastructure, optimize operations, and meet the evolving demands of the capital market.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong Thao is currently Head of Digital Products & Services at Stanley Brothers Securities Incorporation (SBSI). She has nearly 20 years of experience in banking and securities, specializing in digital product development, e-banking and digital transformation. She previously worked at Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB), Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VPBank) and Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank (OCB), and served as Head of Digital Products & Services at VPBank Securities (VPBankS) before joining SBSI. At SBSI, she leads digital product strategy, customer experience design and the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, eKYC and biometrics across the investor journey. She is a frequent speaker at finance and technology events (InnoEx, Smart Banking, CIO Summit…), a lecturer of the Viettel-COLE executive training program, and an expert consultant to international research firms on Southeast Asian securities markets.
